Case study 1
Client
CEME are one of the leading engineering and conferencing organisations in the south East. With over 20 different conference and seminar options including one of Europe's only state of the art 360 degree auditoriums CEME are uniquely placed in the conference and marketing sector.
Brief
CEME had decided that an on line marketing campaign was not only the best way of increasing sales but also the most cost effective method of doing so.
Whilst they had received a number of enquires via the internet it was felt that with a well thought out SEO plan in place there would be scope to greatly increase bookings and in turn revenue streams.
The hospitality & conferencing market has always been competitive and so it proved when it came to the selection of the correct keyword & phrases.
Solution
Once we had agreed the project goals it was time to sit down with the client and go through the process of researching the correct search criteria for CEMEs target audience. Working closely with CEME,s marketing department we quickly came up with a list of 20 search phrases that worked for the client. These phrases were then engineered throughout the site to aid indexing and a full monthly seo contract was put in place to ensure upward movement across the leading search engines was maintained. Monthly e-newsletters were also designed to improve brand awareness and to introduce new clients via way of automated RSS feeds.
Results
After a short period of time positive results were achieved for the selected search terms with 5 search terms achieving page one Ranking on Google, MSN and Yahoo despite intense competitor competition for the same phrases with online traffic and enquiries increasing as a result..
